August 2022 Newsletter

Happy August! It’s a mix of “please summer don’t end” and excitement for the new school year! We had 3 fun events in July partnering with both Devout coffee in the Niles area of Fremont and Books on B in Hayward. So many creative minds came out to create with us - thank you to those that came out! Check out some fun pictures from our events.

Some great things are in the works for August!

In Person 5 week Course!

- I’ll be teaching a 5 week after school art course held on Mondays from 3:30-4:30 at Devout’s event space! Classes begin on August 22 for ages 7-12 (younger students will need a parent/guardian to assist). There are only 15 spots available. The class is called Adventures in Art and we’ll be exploring art projects from around the world using different media and techniques. - I’m also toying around with the idea for another in person kid art class and maybe even an adults only art class (stay tuned!).

For those of you who are new to Janine Pitta Art, I offer pre-made art lessons for teachers and parents with how to videos that you can purchase on my website.
