🎨 Happy May Art Friends!Â
I can’t believe it’s May already and our Fremont Schools are close to being done for the school year - good gravy that went by too fast! I’ve been looking back at all we’ve created this year with so many fun classes and events at the studio. Such amazing art put out into this world! Now onto planning for the end of the school year events and summer camps! We still have quite a few fun classes and events planned before Summer begins.Â
Some amazing news that I received this week - Janine Pitta Art was voted Best Art Classes in Fremont for 2024! A HUGE thank you to everyone that voted! I so appreciate your love and support of this dream business of mine. Let’s keep that creativity spreading going!

Here’s what is coming up for May:
- Niles Elementary School STEAM Event - For all of my Niles Elementary friends, I’ll be at the Niles STEAM Event this Friday (5/3) from 5-7 pm with a fun Math inspired Art project.
- FREE Art project at the Niles Farmers Market - May 4 from 9 am - 1 pm: This Saturday I’ll be at the Niles Farmers Market with a FREE STAR WARS Art Project (It is May the 4th after all!). Make sure to stop by and say hello - I might even have a special discount code for those that stop by!!Â
- After School Art Classes : Our last class wraps up next week at the studio - what a great year of creating we’ve had!
- Mother’s Day Pop-up is May 11 from 10-1 - We’ll be creating Art for the moms/grandmas/aunts at the studio!Â
- Little Apples Art Classes There are a few more weeks of class at Little Apples - last class is May 23rd.
- Centerville Library FREE Kid Art on May 15th from 3:30 - 4:30 - sign up online at the Centerville Library website!
- Adult Art Night is May 18th from 6-7:30 pm - we’re exploring my favorite medium, clay! We’ll be making hand built flower bowls.
- Adult Ceramics class begins the 5th session on May 19th! There is now a 4th wheel, so I can take 3 people per session! We are having so much fun playing with mud and learning both hand building and wheel throwing. So many people are discovering that YOU are worth this time in learning how to create - it helps our stress levels and JOY-levels to create! Art is not just for kids!! ** I am now also offering Open Studio time to those students that have been through the Adult Ceramics class!
- Summer Camps - Spaces are going fast - go sign up on the website NOW to reserve your spot! We have new Themes for the 5 weeks of camp with all new projects. Camp runs Monday - Friday from 9-12. We had so much fun last summer and I still get comments that Art Camp was their child’s favorite camp of the summer! 10% off when you sign up for multiple classes/children!
